Açaí Chia Pudding

Açai and chia seeds? Yes please! Try this easy and low carb dish, topped with berries for an added sweet taste. It’s simple, nourishing and perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

For the chia pudding:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 pouch (100 g) Inner Glow Superfoods açaí puree
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • Maple syrup (or preferred sweetener) to taste

 For the toppings:

  • Choice of your favourite berries
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl mix almond milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut and maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener) and let it sit overnight (or at least 2 hours)
  2. Thaw your açaí purée by running under warm water for 15-20 seconds
  3. Mix in the açaí puree into the chia pudding until well combined. Evenly pour the mixture into the mason jars
  4. Garnish with your topping of berries and coconut flakes
