Simple Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Smoothie mix:

  • ½ cup of Inner Glow Superfood’s frozen acai puree
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • a few drops of stevia

Toppings:

  • 1/8 cup of shaved coconut flakes
  • 1/8 cup of dark chocolate flakes
  • 1/2 banana, chopped
  • A couple of strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup of granola (see recipes section for some of our favourite combinations!)

Instructions:

  1. Leave your frozen acai outside of the freezer for at least 10 minutes or run under warm water to partially de-thaw.
  2. Place half of your granola mix at the bottom of your bowl.
  3. Place smoothie bowl mix ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture over the granola in your bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of your toppings over the top of the smoothie mixture.
  6. Grab a spoon, and enjoy!
