Cocoa Nut Butter Acai Bowl


Açaí and chocolate? Yes please! If you've got a sweet tooth then this may be the recipe for you. Even if you're following a keto or low sugar diet! This delicious açaí bowl has been topped with dark chocolate shavings and coconut flakes for  an extra  sweet taste, but still just as nutritious and filling.

Ingredients:

Smoothie bowl mix:

  • 2 packages of 100g frozen açaí purée

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 5 tablespoons nut butter

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • a few drops of stevia/monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional!)

 

Toppings:

  • Dark chocolate shavings or chips

  • Cocao nibs

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

  • White chocolate shavings or chips

  • Banana slices

 

Instructions:

  1. Leave your frozen açaí pulp package outside of the freezer for at least 10 minutes to partially de-thaw, or run under warm water for 10-15 seconds.

  2. Place smoothie bowl mix ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into your bowl.

  4. Sprinkle toppings on top.

  5. Grab a spoon, and enjoy!
